Thank you for deciding to purchase a membership in La Leche League of Eastern Pennsylvania! Your dues will help to support the organization at the international, regional, and (if you designate a Group below) local level. Members receive a discount on registration for our local conferences, and your local Group may offer additional membership benefits, so be sure to ask!
Membership is available at the following levels:
Basic Member – $30/yr
Supporting Member – $50/yr
Sustaining Member – $100/yr
Platinum Member – $250/yr
Upon submission of this form, you will be able to pay through PayPal using a credit card or your bank account. Your membership is submitted to La Leche League of Eastern Pennsylvania when the payment process is completed.
